Exchanges And Refunds

We allow 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange a ring for a different size or style. We will continue exchanging until you are happy, there is no limit on the number of exchanges.

Most of our exchanges are made through the mail, you simply send the ring back to us and we send you the requested size or style. Please contact us first to let us know.

We will provide refunds for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Simply contact us and then send your item back. We will refund you via your original payment method.
